Disclaimer for PPC Management Fee Structure

PPC Management Fee (Including Advertisement Creation and Administration): 20% up to £5,000.

Acorn Media provides comprehensive Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising management services, covering both advertisement creation and administration, with a transparent fee structure. Our PPC management fee is set at 20% of the monthly advertising spend, up to a maximum monthly spend of £5,000.

How It Works:

• The PPC management fee of 20% includes the cost of creating and administering your PPC advertisements.
• For monthly advertising spends up to £5,000, the management fee is calculated at 20% of the total ad spend.
• In the event that the monthly advertising spend exceeds £5,000, the management fee remains capped at £1,000 (20% of £5,000).

Example:

• If your monthly advertising spend is £3,000, the PPC management fee will be £600 (20% of £3,000), covering both ad creation and administration.
• If your monthly advertising spend is £7,000, the PPC management fee will be capped at £1,000 (20% of £5,000), encompassing all aspects of ad management.

Important Notes:

• The PPC management fee, inclusive of advertisement creation and administration costs, is separate from the advertising budget and is billed as a distinct line item.
• Monthly advertising spend is determined by the actual amount spent on PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• The PPC management fee is subject to change, and any adjustments will be communicated in advance.
